The people behind the desk
Willowbrook opened in 2011 with two vets and one consulting room. It has grown, slowly and on purpose, into the practice below.
The practice
Small practice,
steady hands
Five vets, four nurses, two consulting rooms, one theatre and a lab. Big enough to do most things here, small enough to know who you are.
How we work
Twenty-minute appointments, the same vet each visit wherever the rota allows, and a written estimate before any treatment. If something is beyond us we say so and refer you to a hospital we trust, then handle the aftercare here.
What we promise
Plain answers. We tell you what we found, what it means and what it costs, and we let you decide. Nobody is sold a test they do not need, and nobody is made to feel foolish for asking.
