What to expect
Twenty minutes with a vet who is not watching the clock.
A consultation is where most things start. We weigh your pet, check the heart, lungs, eyes, ears, teeth, skin and joints, and talk through anything you have noticed at home. If something needs a test or a treatment, you get a written estimate before we go ahead.
How it works
Book online or ring us. Bring any medication and, for a first visit, records from your previous practice. Appointments run on time; if we are behind, reception will tell you.
Why it matters
Most conditions are cheaper and easier to treat when they are caught early, and a vet who has seen your pet well is better placed to notice when they are not.

Ring 01632 960 143, at any hour. A vet answers, tells you whether to come in, and meets you at the door. If you can, ring before you set off so we are ready.
